These Terms govern your use of einnow, operated by RingLabs. By using einnow you agree to them. They are tailored for einnow and supplement the general RingLabs terms at ringlabs.dev.
einnow transmits your completed, signed IRS Form SS-4 to the IRS by fax and relays the IRS's response back to you. einnow is a transmission and tracking tool. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor, and provides no legal or tax advice.
We cannot guarantee the IRS will accept your application, issue an EIN, or respond within any particular time. IRS processing times and decisions are outside our control. A successful fax transmission is not a guarantee of EIN issuance.
Filing and tracking are provided as offered; downloading the IRS response is a paid feature priced at $29.99 per response (or as discounted by a valid code). Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. See our Refund Policy.
Don't use einnow to submit fraudulent, false, or unauthorized filings, or to misuse the shared fax number. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, einnow and RingLabs are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
