Refund Policy

This policy covers the $29.99 charge to download an IRS response on einnow, operated by RingLabs.

What you're paying for

The fee unlocks the download of the IRS response (your EIN confirmation) that we received on your behalf for a specific filing.

When you're entitled to a refund

• Wrong or unreadable response — if the document delivered isn't your entity's IRS response, or is corrupted/illegible, we'll refund you in full.
• Duplicate charge — accidental double charges for the same response are refunded.
• Charged in error — if you were charged but the response was never actually available, we refund in full.

When refunds don't apply

Because this is a digital good delivered immediately, we generally can't refund once you've successfully downloaded the correct response. The fee covers the response retrieval, not the IRS's decision — we can't refund based on the contents of a valid IRS response.

How to request one

Contact us via ringlabs.dev within 30 days with your account email and the entity name. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
